bio
my name is loxlynn, i'm a 22-6 y/o deergoat thing
our pronouns are it/doe/bun
i'm a disabled plural therian tma neet who likes music, computers, games, art, drugs, nature, anime, manga, and skating
i played punk music locally in a band with some friends for a few years, but we eventually split. i still love music, i've been branching out since and hope to continue making it. i'm very slow and generally unproductive, but regardless of whether i release anything or just play guitar in my room, it's a sort of catharsis for me. the first instrument i learned was violin, but i also know varying amounts of piano, guitar, bass, and drums
if you've ever wondered how someone ends up this terminally online, it's probably cause their parents put a keyboard and screen in front of them at like 2. not like i remember the first time i used a computer, i was literally too young to have started forming long-term memories, regardless, my earliest memory is of me playing purble place on our gray dell windows xp laptop. growing up on the cusp of the internet era, i was entirely fascinated by it, the culture of it and what made it (and more generally, computers) work. nowadays, i've definitely satisfied kid-me by working on various projects that've taught me about hardware, software, programming, networking, electrical engineering, robotics, etc.
some games i enjoy in no particular order are terraria, old school runescape, baldur's gate 3, noita, yume nikki, pseudoregalia, final fantasy xiv, pokemon (most of the pre-switch era), rabbit and steel, downwell, animal well, animal crossing, slime rancher, stardew valley, tf2, atlyss, and webfishing
i'm not well-studied or anything when it comes to (visual) art, but i enjoy drawing occasionally. i usually make digital art using a screenless wacom tablet and krita for drawing or gimp for general image editing
drugs are cool, but i'm not really gonna get into that. i have a dependency on weed, but not regretfully. it's a circumstance of my mental/physical condition
as i've gotten older, i've started growing a deeper appreciation for nature and being in/around it. kinda weird that i'd dedicate a section to this i guess, but there's just something really nicely grounding about going outside on a nice day to look at trees and plants
i'm just bouncing up and down my media server looking at my anime and manga, uhhhhh here's a list of some i like: auzmanga daioh, kyousougiga, nichijou, serial experiments lain, mushi-shi, girls' last tour, shimeji simulation, flcl, dungeon meshi, welcome to the n.h.k., space dandy, soul eater, bocchi the rock, beastars, fullmetal alchemist (2003), gabriel dropout, cowboy bebop, dragon maid, mob psycho 100, bna, great pretender, hunter x hunter, and dorohedoro
i also like to skateboard and roller blade. i'm great on blades, but mediocre on a board
if you're wondering about the plural thing, i (loxlynn, it/doe more specifically) am the one usually fronting, there's also a rat named lichen (it/its), a six year old jackalope girl named lilliana (it/bun/doe), and some willingly unnamed headmate that never fronts that we just call caretaker or ct (it/its). none of this is important to know before talking to me or anything, we don't mind if you use the wrong pronoun(s) on the wrong alters or whatever, we're just oversharing on the internet
food
this page is pretty much just to help my partners pick food i like (and is under construction)
FOOD | MORE INFO |
---|---|
meats | |
bacon | i love applewood smoked, but any is good. I most-frequently like it best a little bit chewy and crunchy, like it was cooked on high heat. love it on burgers, with syrup, in sandwiches, etc. |
beef | low-fat in tacos, burgers, or as skirt steak (i don't like texture of fat in most meats). also, i like my burgers with a little pink in them |
chicken | light meat with few exceptions. good as wings (not drumsticks if bone-in), with any breadding, in sandwiches, on pizza, in tacos, etc. (good with most other things i like) |
ham | either as lunch meat or a pizza topping or something less-upfront |
hot dogs | most generic ones are good, i prefer ones that fit the bun and aren't painfully girthy |
pepperoni | on pizza, between crackers, maybe on sandwiches? never really bothered to try |
sausage | breakfast sausage is good sometimes, especially with syrup, but most other sausages are a gray area |
stuff that comes from dirt | |
almonds | cooked, preferably salted |
apples | my favorite is cosmic crisp, but i like pretty much any without a grain-y texture |
blackberries | any |
blueberries | any |
carrots | uncooked |
celery | i mean it's good with peanut butter, never cooked |
corn | boiled, steamed, grilled, just no butter. |
cucumber | as long as it isn't bitter (rarely is). i like cutting rounds and tossing them with salt, vinegar, and olive oil |
grapes | any seedless |
peanuts | any |
pears | any |
peas | uncooked, uncanned. i eat 'em with the skin |
plums | any |
raspberries | any |
tomatoes | any, but preferably not those bigger, really flesh-y ones unless on a burger, i just the jucier ones |
walnuts | good with honey |
condiments | |
bbq sauce | most kinds |
gyoza sauce | any |
ketchup | any |
ranch | zesty or hidden valley, nothing too creamy or buttermilk-y. i mostly like it paired with fries and/or chicken |
soy sauce | probably any |
teriyaki sauce | any |
animal products | |
honey | i like it as sweetener in tea and sometimes on its own in small doses, it's a bit "strong" in high concentration |
milk | i don't really care if it's used in something as long as you can't taste it, but the only milk i'd actually drink if i had to is chocolate/strawberry milk |
spreads | |
halva | only the sweet sunflower seed kind. i'm romanian and don't even like sarmale, so i have to at least like this |
jelly | my favorites are raspberry, grape, and strawberry |
nutella | i used to eat it with a spoon |
peanut butter | any, but crunchy is more fun |
meals | |
burgers | my ideal burger has a little bit of pink in the middle, a sesame seed bun, tomatos, lettuce, pickle, ketchup, and bacon. I dislike any other fixings besides bbq sauce to my knowledge, particularly cheese. I also dislike brioche and/or buttered buns. |
cup noodle | i actually like it a good bit for instant noodles, just without the vegetables. my favorite flavor is spicy chicken and i dislike shrimp |
grilled chicken breast | good with oregano, garlic/onion powder, and lemon pepper seasoning. open to many other seasonings/marinades, just run it by me |
hot pockets | i only like the pepperoni ones, and it's more of a struggle food. the ones with garlic crust are pretty good |
top ramen | struggle food, but i season it real nice. i prefer chicken to beef |
work in progress |

Anime
ratings of and thoughts on anime as i finish them
i'm only rating anime while their impression is still relatively fresh on me so the ratings are more accurately representative of how i feel about them
0 is suicidal ideation inducing without any merit, 5 is genuinely neutral, 10 is orgasmic
name | rating | comments |
---|---|---|
Uma Musume - Pretty Derby | 3.5 | i couldn't get really far into it, touchy in some lame ways |
Gabriel Dropout | 7 | it would be a 6.5 or maybe a 6 if it weren't for the bit where satania gets coerced into doing agere reindeer petplay in front of everyone. it's kind of averagely enjoyable yuribait with the premise of "what if there were two angel and demon girls sent to earth and each group had a put-together good character and an irresponsible, impulsive character" |
Nichijou | 9 | this is the first anime i've ever heard yodeling in the op of. amazing comedic pacing, great gags and callbacks, it's just a really good 4-koma adapted anime |
Kyousougiga | 8.5 | it looks like the first episode of space dandy the whole time, pretty colors: the anime. concise story, charming characters, maximalist setting. i want mom koto to do unspeakable things to me |
Welcome to the N.H.K. | 7 | sato and yamazaki shoulda just fucked about it tbh |
Girls' Last Tour (Season 1) | 6.5 | the first half of glt is kinda just a slow slice-of-life in a fucked up setting for the sake of connecting the audience with chito and yuuri. save for some moments, it's generally not as moving as the rest of the (unanimated) series, but it's not at all a hard watch. the end begins to dip into the more interesting parts of the series |
Dungeon Meshi (Season 1) | 8 | ![]() |
